Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Mengtor within 180  days of purchase date. Subject to conditions below.

Refunds / Credits

Any package without an R.M.A. identification number or invoice will not be processed

All returns must be in original packaging along with the warranty seal, otherwise warranty on the part will be considered void

Usage by a third party voids warranty

Multiple R.M.A.s in a package will be accepted if the items are attached to their corresponding R.M.A. invoice

Unclaimed packages (due to not containing R.M.A. number) and denied R.M.A. items will be stored for a period of three months after which items will be discarded

Mengtor is not responsible for notifying the customer of packages containing extra items (items with no corresponding invoice in the system)

Mengtor will not be responsible for the shipping cost if you request any denied products to be returned to you

Once we receive and inspect the product, it will take one day to store-credit the account and 3-5 business days for a refund.

Mengtor will only issue store credit for returned merchandise. No exchanges, replacements, or refund unless particular situation suggests otherwise. For example, customers no longer willing to purchase from us, or customers' accounts will remain unused for a extended period of time, etc.

Each customer is responsible for keeping track of any updates regarding their returns as this information can be found on your Mengtor account.

To inquire about any R.M.A. or request a denied item back, you must contact our customer service department.

Temporary Policy during COVID-19

In order to better assist you, here are some of our recommendations and temporary policies:

1.We recommend you choose 2-Day Delivery or Ground Shipping because the $25 next day delivery option is not guaranteed to be delivered on time by FedEx during COVID-19.

2.Purchase additional items in order to prevent urgency and needing the parts the following day.

3.Mengtor will provide shipping labels to all RMA’s and the extra items that are not needed within 180 days.


Physically damaged-on-arrival products:

Call Customer service immediately after receiving damaged and/or visibly harmed items. (Including suspicion of damage due to visibly harmed packages before opening)

Once Mengtor is notified of incident, a case number will be assigned to your return. Please include case number in the reason for return section when submitting the R.M.A. invoice.

Internally defective items do not fall under this category.

Reports for missing items or items damaged in transit must be notified to Customer Service within 3 business days upon delivery.


Mengtor is not liable for damage due to technician mishandling or lost return items during transit. Influence on decisions for actions taken will solely depend on policies and regulations given by the shipping carrier. Mengtor is not responsible for carrier delays that are out of our control.

Mengtor will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the use of any merchandise purchased from us. Mengtor’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise only. Damages include, but are not limited to, prominent scratches and ripped flex cables.

It is the customer’s responsibility to test all parts that have been ordered once merchandise has been received. Mengtor will not issue any store credit to an account after 180 days from the purchase date.

All return shipping cost is at the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the case of insufficient postage at time of delivery to Mengtor’s returns facility, Mengtor reserves the right to refuse the package.
